Reporting a correction
Include the page address, the detail you believe is incorrect and, where possible, a link to current official information. Dates help us understand whether an amenity is temporarily unavailable or has permanently changed. We do not promise a particular response time.
Privacy requests
Use the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject. Describe the information or correspondence concerned. Share only what is necessary to identify your request; do not send government identification, payment card details, casino credentials or sensitive travel records.
Property information
Property representatives can report factual changes using a public official source. A correction request does not guarantee placement, a particular score or promotional wording. Our amenities methodology applies consistently across the collection.
No booking support
Zunavirel cannot make, change, cancel or refund a reservation or purchase. We have no access to hotel accounts or transaction records. Any such request must go to the provider with which you made the arrangement.
